Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they are Cleansed, Energised and Reprogrammed by Sachin Bansal and once they are worn by the recipient, they get connected to the wearer's auric field, they cannot be used by anyone else.If there are any breakages/damages observed post receiving the order, there is no return, exchange or refund.

 

Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. We cannot guarantee any claims if the unboxing video is not proper.

 

Before making any request for replacement, kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement only under following circumstances:

• The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
• The product supplied got damaged / lost during the shipping process.

The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product. Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above mentioned circumstances.

Once purchased, there is no refund on digital products like – E-Studio ( mobile wall papers, Digital sheets, e-Books etc )
