All product images are for illustrative purposes. We do not guarantee exact colour, size, or structure.

2. Account & Registration

Users may create an account to place orders and track purchases. Providing accurate, current, and complete information is required. You are responsible for maintaining your account security.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via https://www.soulwise.in  or our mobile app.
  • All orders are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Razor pay,PhonePay, Stripe, PayPal, Cash on delivery or Bank Transfer.
    Products remain Enchanting Solutions property until full payment is received. Risk transfers to the user upon delivery.

4. Delivery

  • Enchanting Solutions will ship products to the address provided by the User. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Enchanting Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs regulations outside India. Users importing products are responsible for local duties and taxes.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Transmit harmful or offensive content.
  • Engage in harassment, defamation, or misconduct.
